I slept with a positive balance of R2530 and woke up to a negative balance -R2570. The audacity to even send me a message saying my account is overdrafted. When I check my transaction history, 5 transactions have been doubled : R4299, R1000, R233, R237 and R203. I enquired via the online chat and Jason told me there is a technical problem that will be fixed. 4 hours later, im still waiting for my account to be credited with the amount that was debited.
Was involved in an accident (bumped from the back) on 18 April 2025. I was happy with how quick the assessment was finalised. 1st for Women then appointed PT Paint and Panel to fix my vehicle, who informed me on 7 May that the vehicle is handed to them. It has been 3 months and 3 weeks. I was promised that by 15 August 2025, they will be done. 14 August 2025 I am told they could not finish as promised because my car is reacting to the paint they used and so it will be taken back to preparation department, then be repainted. On 18 August 2025, it will be exactly 4 months without the vehicle, 4 full months. 😡

I was involved in a car accident on 18 April 2025, I submitted my claim on 22 April 2025, and Ms Renel Wyngaard - Processing Consultant - was assigned to handle my claim. On 2 May 2025, I received a positive outcome for my claim. Throughout the process, there was written communication regarding the progress of the claim, Ms Wyngaard was so helpful, friendly, and informative. For me, this was a seamless claim.
R604 debited from my FNB account between 10 and 18 February. R64 was for 8 declined purchase transactions on 11 February 2025. R540 was a total of 3 #item Paid No Funds transactions. My account has always allowed me to make a purchase and running fee be on a negative, I don't remember being deducted for this item paid thing. Surprisingly, the transactions don't appear on the app where one has to select and start a dispute. Can FNB explain, because I see I am not the only client complaining.
Khathu assisted with me with the change of my vehicle colour. She even volunteered to give me more information and options I could add on my policy. She was friendly and helpful. Thank you.
My JET STORE account was handed over to NIMBLE COLLECTION SERVICES. I arranged to pay R100.00 monthly from 2021. the balance then was R2736.85. At times I pay twice in a month and sometimes pay R200.00. Last month, my balance was R789.85. Last week Friday I paid R250.00, on Saturday I paid R500.00. My balance as on 19 August 2023 was R126.10. Yesterday (22 August 2023) I called to check how I can settle my account, I was told that my balance is now R662.00. When I asked how it went up, I was told that JET STORES has added R536.85 and I need to call them directly. I was given a back and forth kind of treatment. JET STORES said they know nothing about the money as my account is with NIMBLE, so I have to call Nimble to get the information. Today in the morning, I called Nimble for the 4th time and was told that my balance is now R739.00. Between the 2 parties, none is ready to tell me what the money is for. It seems (from the statement) that almost every time I pay, another amount almost the same as what I paid is added to my balance but they cannot explain what it is for. I asked for a settlement amount and they said R577.35, I paid R580.00 and now when I check my balance online, I see it is now at R876.10. All in all, it seems like from 19 August, my balance went up by R750.00 and nobody is ready to tell me what it is for.
