My Account has been in Arrears and my services disconnected,I called DStv to enquire about the money I have to pay,I was told to Pay R1917 and my services will be connected, I paid but only the Compact was connected but the WiFi is still disconnected and I'm told to pay an extra R455.80.kindly assist me in this regard
Good Day,please assist me with my refund that i have to get from Ankazimia Guest House,i Paid an amount of R4000 on the 27th August 2022 for the booking of the 16th to 18th September.I cancelled my booking on the 31 August and asked for the refund,i was told to send my Banking details so that they can pay into my Account,I Spoke to the Gentleman called Kanny from day 1,i even have a qoutation that states that 100 % refund if cancellation is made 15 days before.Now they refuse to pay me back.Kindly help me in this Regard.
