My husband hasn't been receiving his salary from June 2023. It apparently got paid in September but "bounced back". We were told to submit a form for an emergency payment but no money has been received and it's been 3 weeks now. How long does it take to pay something that is supposedly an emergency payment?? How are we expected to survive for 4 months without an income
Utterly disappointed with the service at Multichoice. Been calling for at least a month now but still no resolution. Worse, an email which we sent and were told would take 72 hours to resolve has taken up to over a week. Call centre refers us to the walk in centre. Walk centre refers us to the call centre. No one seems to know what they are doing. Ref number given on the last email is 64461131
I’ve been contacting Multichoice for the past two weeks in an attempt to enquire an account but no one is able to assist. They don’t even respond to emails The account had been disconnected for about 2 months as the account holder was in hospital, upon her return, she made a payment of R500 to resume her connection but was told that the account has been flagged as a fraudulent account. We then contacted the call centre and were told that we need to make a further payment of R700 because the accounts is not up to date. The payment was made but again we were told that the account cannot be open. We need to know the reason this account is flagged as the account holder is a pensioner. She’s already paid R1200 but no one is able to assist with re-connection
