I have been calling for more than 4 weeks about my track on my cars so that they can come and fix it but they dot wanna help ,I have been hajacket since last year June and my tracker has been not working until now.and they are just putting me on hold .I did talk to more than 8 guys today no one is willing to help me.since even now am still holding for more than 40 minutes.they are useless they dot care about their customers
I have been complaining about fibre in my house since they installed the fibre and they promised to come and fix it and they ddnt even bother come or even contacting me .after 15 days of complaining I cancelled they service but still now they want payment from me when I reported everything they ddnt even care …
I have used the service for less than 7 days after installation and I told them that I’m struggling for their service…I was not get intenet in my office and bedroom.I sent them emails and call them so that they can come and fix it but they ddnt come and they wanted to come to fix it after 15 days and I end up cancelling their service and now they want me to pay after cancellation.they have bad service I dnt wish anyone to use vox fibre because they dnt care about their customers
There’s a guy called Ezekiel ,he told me that because I’m not the one who bring the car to Toyota he cannot talk to me because I’m third party.and it’s my car .he said he can only communicate with my insurance only
My insurance took my car to Toyota Witbank 3 months ago they always tell me that they don’t have parts and I’m loosing Bussiness now because it’s becoming more than 3 months now and it’s a Bussiness car ..when I talk to Mr Hezekel at Witbank he told me that he cannot speak to me as the brought by insurance even if it’s my car ….and now I’m confused and I’m loosing my business every day…but Toyota it’s useless they don’t care about their customers
