I find it extremely ironic that the the "Professional" body which is supposed to govern Project and Safety management for the entire country can not even answer an email or pick up a phone call. How do you get registered if nothing works?
It took FNB 2 months to finalise my credit card application. After everything, after I sent numerous amounts of personal documents, numerous times, they eventually gave me an answer. Kept giving me false information and one consultant says something completely different than another one does. Someone’s not doing their job or they don’t communicate. Continues problems since the start of my application. Their systems sucks and on first sight all looks good, until they actually have to do something. Trying to chat to someone on the “personalised” secure chat? Either do it within a second, or don’t bother as they keep redirecting you to people who know less than the previous one. Will definitely NOT RECOMMEND FNB to ANYONE. And I will be closing all of my accounts with FNB and go to another bank who’d actually do business with me, or at least try to.
