I just started studying at for telematic Post Graduate Diploma with University of Stellnebosch and I must say i'm impressed with the system.No glitches since i started,continous communication with students and the lecturers are so far great.Proud to a student with #University of Stellenbosch #Africa Centre for HIV/AIDS Management

Deposit not reflecting
I deposited money few days ago and the funds are not reflecting on my account.Logged a query and was told the money will be refunded in 24-48hours ,up to date nothing.And everytime i follow up on the app chat ,i get the same story....communication is poor their chat app is useless.Yooh so disappointed by Betway,trusted it for so many years but as for now i wouldn't recommend it to anyone.Maybe the western cape gambling and racing board should revisit their licence compliance.

Deposit not reflecting
I have made a deposit few days ago but is still not reflecting.Logged a query and only refund promises have being made to date.As for their chat app ,it is useless.The agent will always tell me how they have flagged to their manager but still nothing,not even communication to show accountability.Yooh i'm and would'nt reccomend betway to anyone.I'm super disssapointed after been been their customer for so long and trusting them.....now this????May its about time the western cape gambling and racing board pay them a visit.

EFT withdrawal not reflecting in bank
I have being trying to contact betway support help via their live chat and email but unfortunately none of them ever responded to me. I also call their number, but it seems like is not work. I made a eft widrawal on the 07/10/2022 and confirmation was sent to me via sms that my request was approved and that my funds was transferred into my bank account, but guess what the no deposit from betway up to now. They are contacts are not working, what do I to now as I'm sitting here frustrated.
