Unpaid income linked claim ref: CEA250254928
Old mutual income linked claims is in such a horrible state. My 64 year old mother is constantly being sent from pillar to post without any assistance. I have made several attempts to assist but to no avail. She is a pensioner and is in desprite need of her old mutual payout. This claim under reference number CEA250254928 has been outstanding since 3 December 2024. If you have a unit trust, income linked account or funeral cover with old mutual please 🙏 consider using another company.

Chelsea Shonayi a debt counsellor at Debt Sage, loads double debit orders without the clients consent and refuses to respond to calls and emails to rectify the situation. If you can don't do business with Chelsea. I've had nearly R16 000 debited from my account In January and I'm still waiting for a R7800 refund.
