They don't even deserve a 1 star.. This company is terrible when trying to cancel. I informed them via email that the app is not giving me an option to cancel and if they could please cancel my membership but I keep on recieving the same email back on how to cancel. I've informed them that I am unable too but there's been no further assistance and they keep on deducting from my account. Please whoever is thinking of joining this company they are truly not helpful at all.

I've been with momentum since last year, first time claiming and the service I have recieved was terrible. I sorted what I claimed for by myself due to the assessor not coming out after I had logged a call and had called Momentum. Incident occurred on the 9th of February 2023 up till today it has not been resolved. I have requested via email for the Manager to call me.
I had trouble with connecting to my wifi for the day and Veronique had called and was exceptionally helpful. Thank you very much Veronique
