Went to the Pool Team Randridge Mall a couple of weeks ago for my green pool water to be tested. As usual, the testing was quick and efficient, the advice was succinct and clear and the product suggested spot on. I followed their advice and returned a week later to have the now clear water retested as they advised. Again, quick, efficient testing and advice. Thank you Pool Team staff. #BlackFriday
Second cup is situated in an urban area in Randburg but one would think that it was out in the country. Staff were very attentive and the food (various choices of 10 people) was all excellent. I would highly recommend Second Cup for either indoor or outdoor (weather permitting) dining. #BlackFriday
I ordered items online off Makro's Black Friday catalogue on Friday 29/11 to be told that the order would be delivered on Monday 02/12. I'm still waiting. This is after they removed 2 items due to stock shortage, had to refund me and a message saying that the courier has collected on 02/12 - their online system says that the order is still waiting for the courier to collect. I logged onto Makro's website on 03/12 and entered their "chat" facility - I waited 1.5hours for someone to come online to tell me that my order was despatched. I sent the transcript of the "chat" to Makro's Customer Services and am still waiting for a reply!!! What's the point of offering Black Friday deals just to disappoint customers. You may have the revenue now but you'll lose a customer forever.
I logged a claim with Discovery for a water leakage. Riaan Whitney was assigned as my assessor. What a pleasant experience. He kept to his appointment time, delivered to expectations and best of all, took time to educate me on how to make the insurance claim process easier for Discovery and myself. Kudos to Riaan and Discovery.
