We received excellent service at Subaru Bryanston. Professional and efficient, it felt like everyone at the dealership went the extra mile to assist and was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you for the amazing service. We are impressed and appreciate the assistance.
I opened a new account with FNB on the 13th of October. I completed the requested documents timelously. To date the account has still not been activated. I called to find out the reason and was told I was missing a document which they apologised that they had not yet sent to me. This document was returned to them last week Wednesday and resent today. I have called multiple times and get told that the account will be activated within the 3 day turn around time. The matter has been escalated multiple times. This has been going on since the 20th of October and is well out of the 3 day turn around time especially considering that the account was opened on the 13th of October. Is this how long it normally takes to open an account with FNB?
Cell C repairs and device insurance department have had my phone for 3 months for a cracked screen. To date, I have received no quote despite asking multiple times. I have also been asked to write a letter of motivation stating why the claim forms are over 30 days late, when I was only sent the claim form more than 30 days after the incident and only after I let the repairs department know I have had no feedback. I have also been asked if I have blacklisted the phone, to which I had to reply, the phone has not been lost or stolen but is in their repairs department. Nevertheless I did write a motivational letter in attempt to get the matter sorted, to which I received a mail back to say the letter must be a "pen and paper motivational letter". Please may Cell C clarify what a pen and paper motivational letter is? Are they just trying to make it difficult and impossible to resolve this situation.
