To whom it may concern. We have canceled this account with VOX due to bad customer service on the 24th of May 2023. According to our contract and records we have canceled the service after a two year period and therefore the hardware provided was fully paid for. On the 26th of September we received a email regarding the collection of the router, I have send an email regarding this to VOX as the router is as per contract fully paid. We have know received a demand letter from an collection agency for the amount of R1000.! Please find attached document ,that was send to me during the cancelation period. I demand that you rectify this as soon as possible. Regards
Always helpful friendly staff with great customer service . Therefore I only use Postnet for all my courier service.
Outsurance is for sure a hassle free insurance company. Unfortunately had to claim a few times when I still had my business and never had a problem.
Vox customer service is non existent. If you try to contact the help line you are on hold for 10 m without phone being answered. When you email the help line you only get a "ticket " nr . Down time more than 15 hours without internet .
