TP Link the worst after service possible! In fact no service. Wasted 2 hours and nothing to show. TP Link Support Help telephone number is printed on my VOIP phone brochure yet Portia insists that they are not teh correct company to help sort out the VOIP phone problem. Wish I had stayed with Telkom (TP Link are that bad!).Avoid them if possible!
Second review after first was removed: Very poor quality of work and after-service follow up was worse and then non-existent. The workers returned twice to finish off the poor job but on both occasions failed to complete the work properly and as per agreed specs before the work. Much vaunted "5 year workmanship guarantee" is not honoured, even though Alan promised to return and meet with me (but then refused to respond to messages). Bad experience, Invicta is best avoided.
Bad experience. Did not deliver on promises , including much vaunted "5 year work guarantee" when required. Roof was not installed properly in high wind area and I was told that I will have to pay for further material (roof *****s). Workers came back twice but failed to complete required, agreed corrective work and were more intent on clocking home at 4.30pm each time. Alan advised that he can "argue all day" - and he can! Better choice for roofer on the Cape Peninsula would have been Steve Gough.
More than 2 weeks now and my new VOIP phone is still down due to (evidently) Cool Ideas BS service. Lots of blatant lies about returning calls which does not happen - Alex you are identified! I don't have cellphone signal here which is why I have a VOIP phone as a replacement for my recent Telkom landline but the brain surgeons at Cool Ideas keep calling me on the cellphone instead of Whatsapp AS ADVISED many times already. All I can say with confidence is that Telkom offered a superior service to Cool Ideas- and that's no compliment. Anyone considering using Cool Ideas I would strongly advise otherwise. Today the still have the damn cheek to email me a suspension of service warning for non-payment of an invoice. These people make Eskom look efficient and ethical!
