Balwin properties, taking the ownership away from home ownership
Bought a Balwin apartment as an investment which at the time was strongly encouraged by the sales team. 2 years later and all of a sudden you aren't allowed to short term let your property anymore. Sitting with constant admin from the managing agents and what I am assuming legal cases soon to be happening, because I am not giving up my source of revenue from MY OWN PROPERTY that is funding my parents retirement. So many rules limiting owners with what they can and can't do with their own property. You feel like a boarding school pupil, rather than a homeowner. They don't sell you that in the brochure. The new Meerkat utilities is an absolute suck-fund. Never in my life have I paid so much for Electricity. Will never buy a Balwin property again and would strongly recommend anyone else not to either. Will be going to media with the outcome of the rental issue, stay tuned.

The design phase with Totem kitchens has been great, Wayne has provided excellent service.
