With the bad experiences I had before with mtn the last one takes the cup. Back in February I decided to cancel one of my three contracts. And in April 2024 decided to take/open it again using the same number, little did I know that a new number (fourth number) would be issued under my name after I had nicely asked the salesman to reopen my previous number back to contract as I never wanted an additional mtn number as I already had three. I don't know how many times I had to do follow ups with the salesperson after opening up a query he never got back to me or gave me updates. I had to do follow ups up until he told me some **** story about the number being unable to be ported to contract due to some 3 months what what story. Than I decided to take it up with the mtn complaints, but I guess they also don't care cause it's been a month now but no updates. Sad part is since 26 April to now July 2024 I have been getting an invoice for a number/Sim I don't know or have with me. So am being charged R399 extra from my existing two contracts it's only the phone that I have the sim and benefits are going to waste!!!
Place is clean, food is delicious, staff is super friendly. They never disappoint you always get super service 👌

Set up is perfect for a date. Good service from the staff, and their food is delicious. Place is very clean.. Had a great experience there last year 👌
Worst service ever. If you want a cellphone contract stay away from MTN bad bad bad. got billed extra twice in row and no one is attending to my queries.
