Win a bet lose your money.
I have placed funs in my account and won, just to have it taken away from me because they gave me a “bonus” that I didn’t ask for. Then after asking about the so called “bonus” I was told my account didn’t meet the “required bonus rules” and that is why they deducted my account.

I have recently bought a new Inverter from Techhut. The only problems I hade with the company was that they unfortunately told me they hade stock that wasn’t available by accident and I hade to wait some time for it to arrive. They kept me up to date with the progress of my order and pushed it as hard as they could to get it to me. Thank you for all the assistance and the loops that you have jumped to accommodate me.

If you are not in there area and can't go to there branch do your self a favour and stay away you will wait for ages. Promises and more empty promises.
After contacting TechHut, about a product they claimed to have in stock. Rushing to make a payment on the same day. I found out a week later that they no longer have stock of the units. I was instructed that within a week they would receive stock and my product will be send to me the following week. After not hearing from them I followed up on my order which was still not in stock. I advised them to take down there claims on the website which said they had stock of the units. Which they did. After a week they have changed back on their website that they have stock. After seeing this I have contacted them to follow up on my order which they gave feedback that they will receive stock only the next day. After a day they told me that it will be dispatched the same day. The following day I contacted them again to follow up on my order which they confirmed that my order has been dispatched and they will be sending me the tracking number. I contacted them again the next day to follow up on the tracking number and which they stated that they still haven't received any tracking number. After this I decided to speak to the manager (claimed to be the manager) she told me that they use multiple suppliers and the supplier was the one that dispatched my units and they still haven't send the tracking number. With courier companies they issue a tracking number before they take the packages. Still waiting for tracking number, what can I say.
