I used it for the first time this past weekend and I'm never using it again! They sign you up for bonuses which will bind you till you lose all your money. When I complained they sent a *********** and condescending agent to basically let me know that I'm not getting a cent back. They want me to send an email to ask them to remove bonuses from my account. A bonus means you need to spend an upwards of R1500 to retrieve your money or alternatively lose all of it, all because they chose to give you a bonus you didn't ask for. Anyone reading this should refrain from using this **** of a company, betway is better anyway

I have placed funs in my account and won, just to have it taken away from me because they gave me a “bonus” that I didn’t ask for. Then after asking about the so called “bonus” I was told my account didn’t meet the “required bonus rules” and that is why they deducted my account.

Do not use this site for anything... It's a scam...when you win they don't want to pay your money...They say that you've used it...even if you didn't received anything. Their agents are rude and condescending towards customers. Treating you like trash..very unprofessional...

Scam artists. After receiving my winnings from this website they have been deducting money from my account that hasn’t been authorized. It has been going off since 2 am this morning. Had to stop my card because it continued to deduct until R600 Rand was taken off. This website has no security for you to approve. Money would have still gone off my account if I didn’t block my card. Prior to this I got a very threatening call from the consultants who deal with the queries on hello peter. He dealt with me in a very rude manner and threatened me to remove my comment on here. After all my terrible experiences on here I would like all the deductions on my account back.

Scam artists. After receiving my winnings from this website they have been deducting money from my account that hasn’t been authorized. It has been going off since 2 am this morning. Had to stop my card because it continued to deduct until R600 Rand was taken off. This website has no security for you to approve. Money would have still gone off my account if I didn’t block my card. Prior to this I got a very threatening call from the consultants who deal with the queries on hello peter. He dealt with me in a very rude manner and threatened me to remove my comment on here. After all my terrible experiences on here I would like all the deductions on my account back.

I have never had such bad service from any company before as the service that I am receiving from sportsbet. It has now been quite a while since I have laid a complaint against one of their staff members who was very rude to me over the phone when I had a query. I have cc'd the Western Cape Gaming board in the emails as well and also haven't received any response from them either. According to the rude person who I spoke to at Sportsbet, he was one of the managers which is quite shocking that they deal with their customers in such a manner I was treated with. I have requested for the telephone recordings of the day I was treated unprofessionally over the phone and like I said before no reply from either Sportsbet or the Western Cape Gaming Board Firstly I complained about money that I have transferred into my sportsbet account that didn't show quickly, only a few days later. Secondly I think Sportsbet is a crooked site when gambling on it. If you win too many times (not even big amounts) they put a betting limit on your account of 2c or simply just block your account. I will be closing my sportsbet account and would not recommend the site to anyone.
