I used it for the first time this past weekend and I'm never using it again! They sign you up for bonuses which will bind you till you lose all your money. When I complained they sent a *********** and condescending agent to basically let me know that I'm not getting a cent back. They want me to send an email to ask them to remove bonuses from my account. A bonus means you need to spend an upwards of R1500 to retrieve your money or alternatively lose all of it, all because they chose to give you a bonus you didn't ask for. Anyone reading this should refrain from using this **** of a company, betway is better anyway
This place is Horrible and should honestly be looked into. I just had a screaming match with a teller who wouldn't lend a hand to make sure we can pay and leave. The shop is full however there are only 3lanes open to pay. I had 1 item to pay for so they sent me to the Kiosk to pay, when I got there the lady was still trying to book bus tickets for other people. It's as though management doesn't know how to run the place because all the cashiers have the worst attitude and will do anything to make you feel like they are doing you a favor. Today a cashier told me the shop is closed so she can't help me, when I asked the manager what's going on she just looked at me and proceeded to open up another till. She couldn't even bother to stop her employee from screaming at me and humiliating me in front of people. Either close this place down or treat us like valued clients by respecting our time. Do you know how draining it is to have such service at an outlet nearest to your Holdings? It means everyday we have to deal with this. People came up to me after the ordeal and told me that's what they have to deal with aswell on a daily.
The dog food was great when it first came out, our dog loved it. Now it just makes him itch intensely. Switched to canine cuisine.
I'm really appalled by the way Planet fitness treats its existing clients. I'm unable to go to the gym right now because there's a service fee that apparently gets charged once a year. My fault may have been not reading the contract thoroughly but I also think it is a very vital clause that needs to be verbally addressed when signing the contract. I've been on the phone all morning trying to understand however no one is willing to assist me, instead I get met by a brick wall from customer service. My problem with all of this is not the payment, it is the fact that a service fee is withholding me from going to the gym after I have paid my monthly gym fee. Secondly, I would understand a service fee if perhaps I could see improvement in the gym. Instead half of the machines don't work currently and only 1 water fountain provides cold water in the one section of the gym. What am I paying a service fee for?
The worst internet service provider I have ever come across. So unreliable and unbothered about your concerns. Today marks the 5th time that I've had a internet cut that lasts over 24hrs and as I'm typing it's been 48hrs. Their call center agents are just as clueless and all they ever say to you is "you signed a contract saying 24- 72hrs turnaround time for repairs so you need to wait.
We haven't had electricity for 2 days straight in midrand. Tested positive for covid and can't even steam off drink hot beverages. Eskom keeps sending messages but nothing has been done.
I had a 12month contract with Telkom last year before the covid crisis. I paid 11 out of my 12 months contract and lost my job when the outbreak started. I called Telkom in the hopes of canceling my contract and they all told me I had to do it through the app or email. I sent an email and tried to cancel thru the app however I was told I couldn't do so until my account is paid up. Since this matter they have just continued to add interest and more and months onto how much I owe them. It has been 6months and from R1000 which I owed I now owe R4000. They keep hounding me and even when to the extents of hounding my family members. I'm in a state of depression as I am still unemployed and Telkom will not hear anything about my concerns.
I have a few problems with Protea metering and one of my main problems being that they do not open on a Saturday. Protea metering is our sole link to eskom and our middleman yet we can't reach them or fix our accounts over a weekend when we have work during the week. They don't even open till 5pm. We have not had electricity since 4am 05/06/21 and it is now heading for 12. All Protea metering numbers are off and the number meant for reporting power failures seems to be off and mailbox is full. My point is that we pay too much for Protea metering for such limitations and inconvenience.
