I have a negative credit score due to Finchoice not updating their system or ITC. This account was paid up long ago and even have a credit on, but yet the account on my credit report shows as outstanding. They are quick to phone for money and nagging for money but when you are paid up and need them to close the account they are slow and the communication from their side is non existent. I told them to write off the credit in order for the account to be closed and to send paid up letter. This doesn't solve my issue or question as to why the ITC hasn't been updated long a go. Please can someone from Finchoice get this sorted for me without any waiting periods as this is lack of service from your side - the ITC should have been updated long ago even showing that there is a credit - shouldn't it have? Definitely not recommending Finchoice to anyone.

Very bad service. Lost a client due to their bad service! Parcel didn’t arrive when it should have and still waiting for parcel. Waited at office till after hours only to be told it is not going to be delivered. Then I was told they will deliver at my house and nothing. No communication from their side. Worst service ever.
Stay away from Wildcrete Solar Distributors. They are a ****. Their website is www.durablesolarequipments.com and contact number is +27 65 647 1242. According to their website their address is 29 Eaton Road Congela Durban 4013 South Africa and email address is sales@wildcretedistributors.com. The contact person's name is Elizabeth. So they reply via email and whatsapp and once you pay them they come with the excuse that their bank account has been audited and they never received the funds but it will be reversed or refunded back into your account, but you can pay so long again in order to get your solar stock. Luckily this triggered something in me to say that this is a ****. Since I emailed to say I will not pay again and that they need to do refund and my bank can't reverse the transaction, you don't here from them again. The company name is registered with CIPC. They have also opened another webpage called Durable Solar Equipments which looks exactly like the Wildcrete Solar Distributors - same address, but the phone number and the email address differs. So the email address for Durable Solar Equipments is sales@durablesolarequipments.com and contact number is +27 73 796 6205. The bank account is with ABSA with account number **********. DO NOT GET CAUGHT BY THEM!

I have never had such bad service from any company before as the service that I am receiving from sportsbet. It has now been quite a while since I have laid a complaint against one of their staff members who was very rude to me over the phone when I had a query. I have cc'd the Western Cape Gaming board in the emails as well and also haven't received any response from them either. According to the rude person who I spoke to at Sportsbet, he was one of the managers which is quite shocking that they deal with their customers in such a manner I was treated with. I have requested for the telephone recordings of the day I was treated unprofessionally over the phone and like I said before no reply from either Sportsbet or the Western Cape Gaming Board Firstly I complained about money that I have transferred into my sportsbet account that didn't show quickly, only a few days later. Secondly I think Sportsbet is a crooked site when gambling on it. If you win too many times (not even big amounts) they put a betting limit on your account of 2c or simply just block your account. I will be closing my sportsbet account and would not recommend the site to anyone.
<p>Hi am disgusted in the service that I am receiving from Vodacom. I have a query with them for a refund due to me for over a month now. I am still waiting on feedback and wether I email, phone or chat with the online I get the same answer, we will get back to you with feedback within 24 to 48 hours. It has now been 6 days since the 20th person has told me that. It is funny how quick Vodacom is to block one's phone if you owe them, but then when they need to refund you they just don't care to do so or to get back with feedback. Shocking how a giant in the field can give such bad service.....actually shocking how a giant in the field don't give service at all.</p>
