After going to casualties 5 months ago.only received a missed call today. When I queried it only received the banking details without a statement. Then a few hours later another sms saying they will be handing me over. When I phoned to ask in regards to what it is they told me they've been phoning me and I don't answer. When I ask to verify the cellphone number they claimed to have phoned me on the lady told me they dont have my number. So I asked her how did they phone me today..she said I phoned them. Yes I phoned back after receiving the SMS. She then said on my paperwork for the bloodtests there was no cellnumber or adress therefore they couldnt sent me my statement. But then they threaten to hand me over. How can you do that if you don't even do your job? And on the statement now all of a sudden my adress is also visible... please train your staff firstly how to speak to clients and secondly please appoint people actually capable of doing their work. BEYOND Pathetic

Do not use this site for anything... It's a scam...when you win they don't want to pay your money...They say that you've used it...even if you didn't received anything. Their agents are rude and condescending towards customers. Treating you like trash..very unprofessional...
SASOL COLUMBINE AVENUE JOHANNESBURG SOUTH. Today I asked the petrol attendant to please fill my car with R200, 95 Unleaded. I only had R200 with me as my bankcard was at home. The attendant went past R200. And I said stopped in shock on R290. I then asked him what now because I don't have any other money with me. He just stood there. I asked him to call the manager and he said the manager is not in at the moment. I wanted to make arrangements for paying tomorrow morning. He then yelled at me I must just go.. "just go" " just go" he yelled. And wrote my number plate number down as if I was steeling the petrol. I went inside to see the manager who wasn't there. I told the ladies I will bring the money tomorrow morning and they said it was his fault, cause he is supposed to repeat my order to me. But to scream at me and treat me like I am a crook because he doesn't listen correctly. He is actually responsible for the repayment of the money. My collegues all support that garage on a daily basis, but they can be sure we won't anymore. Why does the customer get treated like trash? I am sorry he doesn' t have the right to yell at me
I love PQ Clothing but today when I went to the branch in Eastgate Mall I was totally put off. When we entered the store the staff member who helped us to sanitize and take our temperatures was so sarcastic and rude... why? All because we gave our wrists to take our temperature on. Like most of the shops in Eastgate did today. Only after taking our temperatures he said they don't take it on the wrist. I politely said but that is how all the other shops did it with us during the day. Where he told me ''yeah this is not other shops this is PQ. Not another store.'' Can you really afford to treat your customers like this during this crises in our economy? I don't think it is professional. He could've just been polite and told us he needs to take it on our foreheads. But to be sarcastic and rude. I turned around and walked out... and they lost a customer for life... and I hope all customers do the same that gets treated this way. You as a company can't afford staff members like that. It's bad for business... he ruined the rest of my shopping experience.
Picking up the pieces after being hi-jacked, I had to go stop my Edgars card and get a new one... The first time I went the ladies by the customer service couldn't issue my new card because they misplaced their envelope with all the replacement cards...It turned into a big fight and my fiance and I felt so uncomfortable we just said we'll come back on another day. The staff was yelling at each other in front of the customers...the next time I went to get my new card a lady with the name of Percy helped me... She didnt want to help me...She was so rude and the more I explained about being hi-jacked the more attitude she gave me. During the time that she had to help me she even ignored me and basically threw my new card in my face and said sign... this is so unprofessional. Did she not get a guideline on how to treat customers? Or is it just because my skin colour is different than hers? I feel like closing my edgars account and taking my business to a store that would appreciate me. In case she forgot the only reason she can work at Edgars is because of the customers that supports the store. So shouldn't we be treated with professionalism and some type of respect? After all we are the customers.
To all staff @ Vodacom Mall of the south, such a big thank you for being so friendly and helping us. You're service is excellent and in my time of need you helped. Thank you so much...Keep up the good work
Consuntants are very rude, they don't have any professionalism. Treats customers poorly. Did not want to help me after they stole my purse...only had my South African passport...turned me down. Went to Vodacom and they assissted me and staff was very friendly.
