With the rise of e-commerce I made sure to support and stay loyal to Exclusive Books, however I am so disappointed and I might as well just support Takealot. I have been given the run around on an order I excitedly waited a month to receive, ,but when I got the book the entire front cover was torn off. The instore staff totally distances themselves from online exclusive books and customer service agents respond weeks later then resolve tickets when the matter has definitely not been resolved.

To date I have recieved such terrible surface from Telkom. In December I attempted to order an uncapped wifi line from Telkom in Canal Walk only to get rejected and told by the consultant that its not available Telkom doesn't provide the service WHEN IT IS CLEARLY ADVERTISED IN THE CATALOG! Anyway I go to another Telkom store in the mall they say its available and they process my order. The consultant says I should receive an sms for to pay a deposit and when I do I can come pay it in store. I get the sms a days later, I return to the store only to be told I must go to a physical bank to pay the deposit (lies) because when I got to the bank they didn't have a clue where it had it to be paid to. I go to another Telkom store in the CBD and they get it sorted for me. The consultant says I should wait a few days the technician will get in contact with me to come install it. I wait 1 whole week, no technician. I phone in to Telkom they service agent says I must go in store to set a date. I go in store the person who is able to set a date isn't there I must come back the next day. I return and I can only get it a date 3 days later. The technician installs it but I still don't have access to the wifi because I need my Telkom user name and password. I call in to Telkom they say the service number and tin number that got associated is on someone else name but takes 24 to 48 hours for the order to close and associated to my name however should recieve an sms when completed. I let the allotted time pass and call back to find out why I haven't recieved anything only to find out the agent hadn't submitted anything at all! I called the 10210 and 10213 lines countless number of times, been put on hold and given the run around with no agent giving me any constructive information, feedback or resolution to my problem and when asked when I will recieve my username and password only to be told I NEED TO WAIT ANOTHER 24 TO 48 HOURS TO RECEIVE FEEDBACK ON THE MATTER! Everyone I have spoken to from Telkom can not offer me any form of resolution on this matter. I always held Telkom to the highest regard but after receiving such poor service first hand Telkom has really confirmed all the stigma and comments made regarding the their organisation.
