I'm not interested in MiWay Insurance. I'm very happy with my current Insurance Provider that I'm with. I've asked MiWay NUMEROUS times to STOP contacting me. In the last 36 hours I've received no less than FIVE PHONE CALLS. Thank goodness for TrueCaller. How many times should I ask to be removed from a call list?! HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL and I'm really happen I'm NOT with MiWay.
We’ve stayed with Sun International for many years, we’ve been to the Wild Coast on many occasions and supported your casino in Menlyn and so on and so forth. We’ve also visited Sun City on many different occasions, staying at your various hotels and I must say, we really appreciate your gesture of offering us a night in The Palace Hotel, because we had no air conditioning for two nights. THANK YOU & we will book an additional night as well. Then we will have a second chance to enjoy our 3rd Wedding Anniversary! Thank you very much.
We stayed in The Palace for our 3rd Wedding Anniversary. As we got into our room, the aircon clearly didn't work. The staff sent a contractor to come take a look at it (twice) but couldn't fix it. We slept very uncomfortably as it was incredibly hot. The next day however, they upgraded us to a better room which was a wonderful surprise! The aircon worked when we got there and we were very pleased with the professionalism of the staff. The second evening however, the aircon stopped working AGAIN and we had to sleep in unbearable heat once again. In a 5 STAR HOTEL this should never be a problem. We paid a LOT of money to stay in THE PALACE, and we were quite disappointed that a simple thing like the aircon didn't work in a 5 star establishment. Overall, we enjoyed the palace and it's amenities a lot. Lovely experience. Especially the Pianist. ps / I suggest Sun International's The Palace puts freestanding fans in each room (hiding it in the closet or something) as I have a feeling this isn't a new problem.

I had such a wonderful experience with King Price. Their Customer Service is wonderful, love their easy-to-use iOS App, and I'm thrilled that I'm their customer. :)
When buying my Demo Toyota from Bidvest McCarthy Toyota Lynnwood, I had to ask for my Book of Life. They didn't even bother to stamp / fill in the first service. I never received a spare key. After months I received my spare key. When I lost my main key, the spare key was never coded so didn't work in my car. They wanted to charge me R18,000 for a new unit. I had to get a locksmith out to code my key for me for approx. R1,500. The sales guy was professional & nice when I bought my car, but didn't make sure that I had everything I needed. I will NEVER buy anything from them ever again.
TL;DR : Involved in an accident in 2016. Santam never contacted the other party (that caused the accident) to claim back my excess. No communication. Shocking Customer Service. Longer Story : We made it VERY clear that if Santam doesn't take our query seriously, we'll stop all our business with them. I've been insured by Santam for years & they didn't even have the decency to update me on anything that's happening or why my excess of R3,500 was never given back to me... I had to contact the other party that caused the accident myself, and he said that NO ONE at Santam EVER contacted him. (as he has insurance to cover this matter) I've cancelled ALL of my insurance with Santam because I've never received such unprofessional, uncaring, and all 'round lack of experience in customer service in my life. We're deeply disappointed and will never do business with Santam again. Ever.
