Bad company. Big ****mers
****mers of the year! So much for supporting local! Beware!!! Why I no longer feel the need to support local. And why I will unashamedly support who I chose. I ordered from a local company who say “made for South African heat!” Well. Shady ordering, shady website with NO business phone number, unanswered emails and eventually delivered. Well. What a ****. Made in China. Directly from Temu or Shein (and yes I checked the items are available on both sites at approx R40 a pair. I cant even begin to tell you what I paid. And then the wrong size was delivered. And the website says no refunds and exchanges to be sent at my expense. Well done @cozie.co.za you got me. And the Facebook page has now gone dead. Yes I got a delivery. Weeks late. No return address No phone number DO NOT ORDER FROM - COZIE.CO.ZA

Complete LACK of any customer service
I ordered 20 days ago and keep getting false promises or when the items will be sent for delivery. That is if the company bothers to reply at all. I have now asked on email and WhatsApp for a refund as I no longer wish to wait any longer and they are still ignoring my requests. Even if we do get the items will we ever be able to get the labels we need to keep on using these machines. I am very disgruntled

Great car and decent pricing The person who dealt with me did assign me the incorrect car to what I had booked but they managed to rectify it.
