Horrible Service ever
NTT Volkswagen East London I have never been subjected to such bad service. I went there with a photo of a part. The girl in parts division(MICHELLE)told me to find the name of a part 1st when she was asked to call a technician she sat and went on with her affairs. She is ****** rude.

Worst service ever
Never buy LDR cape town engines, they are dead s****s. Poorest service i ever received in my entire life. I bought an engine for R20000, the 1st one was dead which was delivered after 2 months, second one was dead again delivered after 6 months. After almost a year there was no engine. I asked for refund oh boy i had to literally call everybody and fight. And finally when they refunded me they gave me R14500 and had the audacity to charge me courier services after they inconvenienced me for a long time. Do not buy their engines they are criminals and scammers
