Discovery debits me for an error they had made in December when we changed our plans. I then called their call centre only to be told the debit order was already loaded (which I understand), but we are also told that the debit order will be as per normal from next month. What about the extra funds you have taken from me?? Please sort this out! My membership number is: 788935670
Ive spoken to 2 agents after relocatijg my fibre service with you. The first agent told me the activation was already requested and the 2nd agent tells me there is no request for an activation. Can someone from vodacom please wake up and tell me what is going on and why my fibre is not activated. I have previously posted about this and i was assured that everything was sorted out, AGAIN I am sitting here waiting for VODACOM. PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!!
Your agent, Shanan Christian, has not bothered to get back to me after sending me an email regarding relocation of my fibre router. I have sent 3 emails after confirming when the existing fibre would be disconnected for Vodacom to do the installation the router being relocated (change of address). Ref: SO250107-893895
I got a new contract with Vodacom and have had endless nightmares. First, after activating the contract, my calls would say unknown caller. I had to go back to the shop only to find out I need to pay extra for calls to show caller ID’s. Secondly, I have spoken to Apple USA to sort out connectivity issues as my facetime and imessage does not work, meaning I cannot use whatsapp as it tells me my sim card is not activated for the service. I will be reversing the debit order until this is resolved.
Do not use Louis from this company. He makes promises, does not rock up to do for appointments or do installations. Uses wood and products are that are faulty and breaks after a month of installation. Promises to fix it and never gets back to you. Utterly useless.
I Cancelled my contract with vodacom after expiration of my contract. The debit order didnt go off on my account after being told my contract was cancelled, yet Vodacom is phoning me telling me I owe them money 3 months later after cancelling 3 times!! I have never not paid my account. Using your wifi as well but all of a sudden I have account issues and being told my account is in arrears??? All of a sudden you have no record of me cancelling my contract? Your records will clearly show that you tried calling me asking to do an upgrade? Please sort this out vodacom! Acc Nr: I7454428.
Ive tried calling MWEB 6 times. No answer, no feedback on my order. After speaking to your agents for the 2nd time, they confirmed that they did receive my proof of address that I sent to your email for the 4th time. Do not ever use Mweb. No service, connection issues 24/7. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE USING THEIR FIBRE SERVICES
We have tried contacting Francois Pretorius for 2 days to no avail regarding a rental. Every time we call, he says he will phone back. He does not respond to messages and promises to get back to you when he eventually answers his phone. We have phoned 10 times asking for feedback. Horrible service. Do not do business with him.
