No Customer Service
On 1st Ocotber i contacted Vaal Mall Tyres , I drive a Gwm Steed 5 and wanted to fit a nudge bar , sport bar as side rails , i spoke to a Lady Chante , she then whatsapped me the invoice , i paid the money on the 1st of october 2019 , i was told it takes 2 days to get the parts , i mentioned that a cover will be installed by another company and if the bakkie is going to be there on the friday that i need to know the bakkie is ready before to for the cover , on friday i wasn't called once by any of the staff of Vaal Mall Tyres , i had to contact them i was told the bakkie will be ready by 15:00 when i got there at16:50 they were still busy , i had to make arrangement to get a lift there as the original arrangements were not kept , great service for spending nearly R16000 at Vaal Mall Tyres , believe me i will never send my worst enemy to your company

No Customer Service

NO AFTER SALES SERVICES - NON EXISTING!!!!!
In Aug 2016 Vaal Mall Tyres, Ironman 4x4 Vaal in Vanderbijlpark installed a towbar to my New Isuzu KB250. Because of wrong installation by Vaal Mall Tyres Technician the wiring on the towbar caught fire. My Isuzu had to be moved by a lowbed to the Isuzu dealership in Vereeniging. I was informed that because of installation done wrongly my Isuzu could have burned out totally. The total wiring armor were replaced by the dealer at my own cost. I went to Vaal Mall Tyres to bring this problem to the attention of the Manager in Jan 2019. All the relevant pictures were also send to a lady that informed me that she is the Manageress - ********** . Up to date I didn't receive any feedback, not even a phone call. If this is the after sales services you get from Vaal Mall Tyres I would surely not recommend any of my friends of family to do business with Vaal Mall Tyres.

Fraudsters
I went to install 2 back shocks I provided. They charged me R400 to install them. A day later one bolt at bottom came out and a couple of days later the other. I returned to them to assist in this comeback issue. They first told me I needed to bring the car to the back that they can see what they can do about it. They said that they will charge for this (again!). I said to them that i don't see why if they were the ones working on it. They told me the tube of some sort where the bolts fastened into are damadged and that is why the bolts came out. I insisted that I wanted to know what I paid for seeing that they are the guys to work on it. These shocks were about 3 years old before they removed them, and it is difficult to understand how there could be damadge suddenly after they worked on it. They said that the bolts barely tightened!!! Now how the ^$## do you tell me that and send me off without at least informed me that there is an issue nor offering to fix this but instead kept quiet about this untill I returned!!! Now that I returned they tell me that they cannot help me because it is damadged!!!

Unsatisfied client / Rudely Confronted
<p>On the 18/07/2016 I took my car to rotate the wheels, wheel alignment and balancing. Because i am a woman I dont know all the tricks of the trade,but I do have common sense. They told me I needed two new tyres because they cannot balance them, they said that they balanced the two front wheels. While driving home felt the car was still steering to the left and very bumpy. There is no sign of new balancing weights on the wheels. I contacted them immediately and asked what they have done, they told me to come back the next day, which is today 19/07/2016. Arriving there I explained my situation to Michael. He could not help me and called the owner Victor. Before I could explain to him what my situation is, he looked at my tyres and confronted me, saying they dont need to take off wheel balancing weights to balance the wheels. I tried explaining my situation and telling him that my car is still steering left. While I was trying to explain they rudely interrupted me and tried to convince me otherwise. They had me so upset, I started crying. He said he would re-check the tyres but I would have to pay again.</p> <p>The fact that I was laughed at by staff while driving away, upset me more than the fact that i wasnt helped in a professional manner. There is still no clearance or a solution.</p> <p> </p>
