Once again, I am disappointed in ABSA’s services due to negligence from ABSA staff. Firstly went to the branch to be treated worst than a dog, I then resorted to requested a settlement amount from ABSA online, on the 26th of April to settle my loan, and to begin with, the settlement amount was ridiculous and a interest rate of 24.5% ************ After 4 months of paying R1598.16 and occasionally putting addition funds into the account to pay the loan off sooner, my settlement amount on my original loan was not even R700 down. Regardless I went to ABSA Vaal Mall branch on the 30th of April to settle my loan, I pay the settlement amount in full and was told that my name had been taken off the list. That being said, after settling my loan, ABSA still decided to take another full loan payment from my account this month?! I am really getting annoyed with having to deal with ABSA’s incompetence and negligence. My loan has been settled 10days ago with interest and other fees included so I am truly baffled as to how ABSA thought it ok to take another payment for a CLOSED LOAN ACCOUNT.

My house was flooded on the 1st January 2021 and until today nothing has happened. Phone the contractor and ABSA numerous occasions, mails galore to NO avail, actually no replies. Ridiculous, there is still items to be allocated to a contractor after TWO assessors been at my place, just getting a massive run around. The matter apparently has been escalated a few times, still no solution or even a phone call. Worst of all its not even we have the same problem every time there is a claim, although this is only the 3rd claim in 14 years.
Always helpful and excellent service. Rapid feedback and fast settlements. You guys are the best by far.

I bought a Ryobi polisher at Riverside Mica Vanderbijlpark on the 28th December 2020, as a gift for my son's birthday that was coming up on the 14th January 2021. Gave my son his gift on the 14th January, he tried it out for the first time on his car on the weekend (17th January). He had it working not even on full speed (6) he had it on speed 4 and not even 10 minutes into polishing his car the polishers motor burnt out. He returned it to Mica the next day 18th January where he has been informed that they will send the polisher for repairs and will get a quote for approval before they repair the polisher. I really don't understand this stance as all other business either exchange the product or refund your money. I'm totally disgusted with this store.
From the best cellular provider to the worst, don't even try and resolve a problem, all they do is apologize but with no resolution. when requesting to be transferred to a superior they disconnect you. Being with Cell C for almost 8 years now but the last 2 years the service and daylight robbery has become appalling, Cell C has become useless. Well done from a hero to zero in no time.
I been arrased by a collections agencies concerning an outstanding amount for the past few months, stating that my account is outstanding. I requested an statement as my son was involved in MVA in September last year and according to my records the medical aid paid it in full and i received NO account from ER 24. Only to find out it was an account for February 2018. I enquired with my medical aid about that specific incident and they also paid the account in full when ER sent it to them, even thou they only sent it in November simutainiously with the claim for September MVA. I then responded to the collections agency proving that my medical aid paid the full amount that ER claim in full they still insisting payment for an amount that no-one can give me proof for. If ER underclaim from my Medical aid that makes it an ER admin problem, that they obviously have for sending the claim 9 months later. Totally unexeptable. I see that there is more individuals with similar complaints. ER I recommend that you first rectify your admin department before you hand people over to collection agencies, as the first time I became aware about any amounts outstanding is a year after the incident and not from you from a extremly rude collection agency stating that I used ER therefore I know that I must pay them.
Bought a new TV room suit, after a month it is sat out already. Paying R 45000.00 for a set that is price in the store for R 65000, 00 this is obviously unelectable<br> Phone numerous times to find out what is happening, they say they fixing it, in the mean time the remaiding seats are also sitting out.<br> The only reply is they fixing it, not once they phone a person back.<br>
