Refreshing service
Fantastic prices, and even better service! An absolute pleasure to work with these folks - we live in a rural area and being able to order and get something delivered so quickly from online shopping. We will definitely make them one of our priority suppliers.

Best service ever
We would just like to thank Hirsch's and DEFY for your outstanding service - we ordered a fridge from you on order no: 1000129254. It was delivered to our very small town on the West Coast and was faulty when we switched it on - together with your Hirsch's Staff Member Elisha and Defy, we were helped immediately, and eventually a new refrigerator delivered to us from DEFY Cape Town yesterday - this is going beyond the call of duty and a MAGNIFICENT EXAMPLE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.
