Unbelievable service and prices
I was in the market for a very specific graphics card from Wootware that was being released. As soon as it came on sale I decided to purchase it, unfortunately went for lunch and within an hour the card was sold out! In a panic I clicked the assistance popup on the website hoping to find a rogue unit that hadn't been sold. I was absolutely lucky enough to be put through to Craig. Craig went above and beyond hunting down a card that hadn't yet been paid for and assisting me while I was purchasing it real time. Not only was this service unbelievable but I live in Johannesburg and my card got to me in the morning of the very next business day, Over and above the card was 50% of the price everywhere else. Could not be more impressed with this company or the people who work there.

Phenomenal service, excellent prices
I was looking to upgrade my current PC and searched everywhere for not only the best prices but for guidance and people who would do the install for me as well. I was fortunate enough to have my request answered by Ruan. I received phenomenal, friendly, dedicated and patient assistance from the first mail to the last. Not only was the service fantastic but part for part Rebel's prices were the best or close to the best I could find, installation costs were more than reasonable (I actually asked if I could pay them more) and were extremely professionally done (the wiring and general look would impress even the strictest Youtube critic). Unbelievably impressed and grateful for the service received. Rebel has a new customer for life.

Fantastic service and amazing prices
I happened upon a fantastic special on a television I had been searching for, Stax' website indicated very low stock (unsurprisingly as they were 20% cheaper than the nearest competitor who was also on sale), I took a chance sending a message to the WhatsApp help line and was immediately greeted with fantastic, friendly and efficient service. Cannot express how thoroughly impressed I am with the service received, the person assisting truly went above and beyond in sourcing my unit (there were 2 left in the country), having it delivered within a day and keeping me informed every step of the way. If I had any criticism toward the store its that their marketing should be better so that more people can enjoy the experience I've had. Stax has got a new dedicated customer.
