Why do I need airtime on my cellphone contract to renew my account card. I have a contract phone with no limitation, why the hell would I need to laod airtime
As of October I have sent reviews to Hellopeter of my experience with Vodacom. Every time the same response from Vodacom, " you will be contacted" and guess what NO CONTACT. how much must I take, I have been billed now already 7 months for something that has already been returned to them
It has been 7 months now since I requested Vodacom to retrieve a laptop from me that did not match my requirements. it took them more than 6 months to just come and fetch it, actually they only reacted after I put a message on " Hello Peter". Best of all, the message is always " you will be contacted" and weeks later, NOTHING. now the laptop has been collected by RAM couriers for Vodacom on the 5th of November and delivered to Vodacom on the 9th of November, but still on the 28th of November they say it has not been received. I will most probably have another debit order this month. What must a person do to get the issue resolved. Andrew Swanepoel
I wrote a complaint on Hello Peter last week about a situation where I had been sent a laptop that turned out to be slower than a commodore 64 and as such I made the call 4 days after receiving it for Vodacom to collect it from me. I was told it would be fetch, but nothing. every month the same thing, phone will collect and then nothing. the last call acknowledged it had not be captured correctly and actually insisted in calling back a week later to check in on the collection, but guest what NOTHING. After using "Hello Peter" Vodacom did make contact and said I would be contacted by a sales agent, well what a lot of hollow promises. Another month, another debit order for something I do not want.
I was offered a laptop contract with the understanding that if the laptop is not what I expected it can be returned within 14days. that was 26 April 2022. I followed up and report that I want it collected and returned because it was not what I expected, but I was not assisted even though the monthly payment kept been deducted. many phone calls have follow, many promises received, but laptop is still with me and deduction are still been made and we are now if October 2022. I do not know which route to go because the Vodacom branches in Port Elizabeth are not able to assist, they refer me back to the help line. Concerned Andrew Swanepoel
