My wife did our monthly shopping here on the: 25th of February 2023 and she bought a block of cheese (800g). One the label it had a sell by date which was the : 27th of March 2023, it also had a batch number which was:026201122091947. Today it's the: 5th of March 2023 and the cheese is all molded which never happened before to cheese bought at shoprite. Perhaps one of A1 staff can get in touch of me to give feedback if the cheese of batch number mentioned in above had some issues then I'd really appreciate that. Thank you.
It's been 3 months since they can't explain to me what ATM decline in my credit card statement means. Every second day I get charged a R8. 00 for 10 intervals in a month and that adds up to R80.00. My installment gets debited and I pay the 21% interest which is suppose to be included into your installment asking with your insurance however, my amount remains in a negative amount and I fail to understand as to why this balance is not decreasing. So... Either you fix this or I change banks and I'll pay you once this is fixed and when all those charges gets reversed as I'm not paying for something I'm not doing. I regret the day I stepped into business with these guys as their consultants are also clueless.
Wow... Shakeerah is the worst manageress ever and you're suppose to be the face of thatsx o called business. It's been two months and I'm still waiting on my part / refund like what an appealing service to evr experience. I think it's time to pay the small claims court a visit as your word to your customers means absolutely nothing. I made my biggest mistake ever giving you guys a chance I don't ever recommend anyone to make business with you guys you should close your doors as you're thieves.
The bottom should explain it all: Good morning again Shakeerah. It's been 48 hours since I've called your office and spoke to a guy who claimed that you said : if the part does not comes by Wednesday then I will receive an email stating that I'd either get my part or be notified of a refund being processed. It's Friday today and yet no email as to what's going on. The service I get from you guys is appaling, yet I won't make any bad comment on your website nor on hello Peter as I know human error exists. Please refund me as my car now need to stand still because you can't fulfill what you're suppose to. Awaiting your response with anticipation.
