This service provider is a problem is not reliable because when is windy or when is raining is not working, they don't send communication on time when they do the tower upgrades and sometimes it stops to work at night and it will come back in the morning before they open, and they take time to respond always they apologize they don't care about the hours you didn't have internet, but comes the 1st they don't even wait for a minute they switch you off but we need to understand everytime. I pay for the whole month but I don't get services for the whole month.
I've been waiting for the response from them from WhatsApp for more than an hour and I don't have internet yet I payed for the services.
I didn't have internet since morning until now. I spoke with ikeja agents they tell me to send them a picture of the router and they ask if cables are connected, how could 1 disconnect the cables while paid for the service everyday is giving me a problem they sent the technician last week they tell me they will send another technician to come and check the ports and the cables and the other 1 did that already he confirmed that everything is okay on my side we pay for the service that we don't get I'm really tired with ikeja. They don't communicate and all the agents they will tell you 1 thing every is like the reading from the script and they even won't reimburse you they don't care.
I started to have ikeja in January 2024 iyoh poor service every week it gives problems and they don't communicate in time if the problem is on their side. I've been talking to them every week about not having the internet they even send the technician last week to check everything so today since morning the signal breaks when I talk to them they ask me to do a speed test still nothing they tell me they will send another technician to do what exactly because he was here last week I don't understand I'm so annoyed with them, most of their agents are clueless I don't want the technician in my house they should fix it there in their office I'm gatvol with them.
I tried calling them the whole afternoon and they don't pick up and I tried their WhatsApp number they don't respond back,I tried live chat still no answer this is a bad service but they will be charging you for the day.
I'm so disappointed I was called on Saturday and I was told to bring my ID copy today when I arrive there I was asked to produce a proof to see if Samantha called me on Saturday (Johannesburg branch) I arrived there before 7am in this cold weather and the told us to go back home because they are busy with people that are coming from ccbsa midrand and wadeville that are currently working I thought they are helping people that are not working I'm so disappointed because is the 2nd time they send me back home without assistance.
Poor services they need to shut it down. Please fire Anita Zondo from durban station. My sister bought tickets online from Johannesburg to durban and return from durban to johannesburg, firstly our bus on Thursday night was late so we received sms telling us about the delay as always our bus was supposed to leave @ 10pm and 9:15pm we received the sms about the delay and we left park station around 10:40pm and we arrived the following day at durban Station and the drive told us if u going to durban beach I will leave you there and he did that and then we ask the driver how does this buses go he told us all bus start at the durban beachfront and after go to durban station so today our bus was for 8:30 am we arrived at durban Beachfront 7:55am according to us we are early we waited n another sms at 8:50am about the delay and 9am I called the durban station and I talk with Anita Zondo ask her where is the bus and she asked my name I gave her my sister's name and she told me we supposed to be at durban Station but is already late because our bus left us so I asked her so if the bus left already why do they send the delay sms she said she doesn't know so pls fire her because we found out that the 8:30am bus left the station at 9:30am she was supposed to tell us to come there because there's was still time for us to arrive there and catch a bus instead she lied. And I decided to go to the office and I told her I was the 1 calling and she said she won't assist me because they have a write to do so.
