My Fibre line was activated on the 25th of June 2024. We had to call numerous times and chat to various agents via the whatsapp portal and until we used vulger language only then were we attended to. We then only received our router on the 1st of July after the line was already activated. We could only begin utilising the router on the 3rd of July because it arrived and was not configured. Numerous requests for assistance. When signing up for my service I was told I should only pay the processing fee which was paid even before the line was activated. Now Webafrica sends me a bill for over R700 and I have only had the router for 5 days after their lack of service and communication. We get told that someone, an agent or a manager will be in contact with us and then receive a whatsapp saying there seems to be no communication...they the ones that do not respond or action what is requested
I requested for my policy to be updated and Mr Tumelo assisted me with my query straight away and resolved my query within minutes
