Don't use National Debt Consultants
The system that they use went offline 3 months after they were supposed to remove flags from my name. Now nobody knows how long it will take for the system to come back online. Don't use them. They said that they would phone me and still have not received a call from them.

Don't use National Debt Consultants

This company is nothing but a *****ulent company. They don't pay your accounts they send u **** proof of payments to show they did but if you actually go and enquire by the bank about this proof of payments the Bank can't verify it please never join this company it's the biggest mistake you will ever make they are really heartless and pathetic humans they don't even follow up with you nothing they leave you and just detuct your money that's all I'm distigusted by this company they should be closed down.

I am trying to get hold of the National Debt Consultants but I always get through to the counsellors, can someone give me the correct number or the national debt consultants can call me (0610497939) , its suppose to be my last payment this month and I need to know what is the way forward???

Don’t trust this company!!
If I can give 0 stars, I would. I am going to report this company to the consumer bureau. Never have I had such difficulty getting information from a company. They block every number I call from. Can’t get any manager’s number and they are all apparently busy in meetings, how convenient. They can’t give me proof that they are a registered financial service provider. I payed them and now get a notification from the bank that they never received a payment for my debt. They are a S_C_A_M_! I am nice and polite yet they yell at me. I have made recordings of every call with names. I am tired.

Weak services
Hi Guys I was recommend to this company trough my girlfriend friend she was starting to work there Nicole Pasqaully , I was one of her 1ste clients she take me trough the process of Meditation course I was under debt review . The arragmens was they gonna help me with my OK furniture acc , so the gonna deduct money in my acc and then pay it to my creditors. Since Oct 2025 they have been Debit money out my Acc , I did a follow up with OK Funiture and they Told me that there was no payments made under my name since the payment in Oct 2025 ,which I myself made , I tried to call these NDC company but all they do is ignore me and put the phone off in my ear , I don't what they did with my money but is is obviously that I was **** they send me A statement stating they do pay my OK furniture OK , But when I got to OK there was nothing , this company is a big **** people , im just trying to warn you out there please be aware oh ( NDC )

NDC has really let me down... i been following the process from last early towards my debt removal and mediation process and i completed. October 2025 (R411) was debited as in-house payment and again December the same amount was debit by NDC to distribute to my Creditors. to date no Creditor were paid and worse seems like all the personnel there are unable to assist. I recently noticed they have only one Contact Number, answered by one person all the time. wondering if i been taken for ride? Tried to accept i might be ****med, and decided to cancelled the Mediation but cant because they say i will be liable for 50% of some amount towards the Company. Can someone please assist me, i been getting Legal threats from my Creditors and i am losing my mind...

They keep on debiting my money even after canceling their services because I'm still getting calls from creditors and they've been saying they are going to send me a statement until now nothing shows they are paying the creditors and they say there is no refund😡😡😡
