Bp station
The BP Garage on William botha and ruimte road,service was very bad,network was slow and was trying to get the voucher,ohey said 9pm the cashier wants to cash-up and lockup,at 20:55 I received the voucher and they switched off the lights and pumps,he said I can't help you cause they switched off the pumps,it's unacceptable and I would like to be compensated for the inconvenience which is not my fault.

Debit order disput
Transaction reference number-KNKNTDFBRW60,i was told by bumasa to make payment via my capitec app i followed his instructions to do so,i spoke to a lady she said she will let the accounts department know to debt my account,as per bumasa he said they won't debit my account,i can make payment now my account was automatically debited,i have disputed the debit order cause I have made payment via my capitec app.

Inconvenience of your driver's
I have been inconvenienced now the 8th time where driver's are asking for cash and say to the passengers cancel the trip than we get charged for cancelation and charged the full amount for a trip that didn't happen cause of certain driver's who work for you'll and your company doesn't give a damn,I must wait 14 days for my money and yet make plan for money to get home that's really ****,i will never recommend anyone to use your company

Was not told there wouldn't be additional accessories
Doing the upgrade I was not told about what comes with the phone,all the years getting phones came with headset and charging block,cable and cover,I am disappointed that the Samsung galaxy A24 doesn't come with the rest of the accessories and now I have to buy accessories for this phone,it's still within the q4 day cooling off period,I rather prefer a phone that comes with the necessary accessories and this phone is ****,the swiping to close any app is so ****py, cannot afford to buy the necessary accessories for it.

Disappointed with the Samsung galaxy A24
All my life I bought phones that came with headsets and cable and charging block,I am very disappointed that getting the Samsung galaxy A24 comes without these accessories and was never told by vodacom or the Samsung store that you only getting a cable and now i have to purchase a block just to charge this phone and I can't afford to buy a charging block,I am definitely disappointed

Excellent services
Quick response from maurisha pikaan,was quick and efficient and great service and I must thank Herman Koen for his excellent services and understanding my situation and giving me all the help I needed,when I was not being assisted by one of his consultant,being counter attacked with every response I gave and it was like it's either you want it or don't and if it was not for Herman Koen,I would have left a very bad review about santam insurance.

Waiting for an hour for services
I wait an hour just to get hold of a consultant cause I need to book my wifi router in for exchange cause it's overheating and the consultant told me I have 14 day cooling off period but today is the 7th day so I need assistance asap,the line of work I do I cannot wait and hour or more please assist
