I am extremely disappointed with this company. My account was fully settled in December 2024, yet it still reflects on my credit record as if I still owe the amount. To make matters worse, the company does not provide a cellphone number or email address where I can report this issue.
They're not willing to help with a simple thing, and they don’t update the credit.
