I would like to thank Arnold for getting getting back to to me as fast as he did, If they can treat all their customers there way they treated me with urgency and understanding many of these negative reviews will be a thing thing of the past. Arnold called me back the following day after I had written that negative review regarding their service. Io seeked clarity on their refund policy and he gladly explained that the company only refunds amounts less than R1500, anything above that you'll have to exchange your order for something else. He sent me the refund forms and I filled them and within their TAT the money was in my account. Keep up the good work team.
I opened an account many years ago with one of their consultants at the mall, well I stopped paying for my laybye because of being financially over stretched when I contacted the accounts department over email I still haven't received a reply when I requested my statement, via WhatsApp Arnold just responded that I have only paid R950 and that's not true even though I no longer have POP'S but I'm definitely sure that I've made 3payments not 2. Till this day I'm still awaiting my statement so that I can request my refund. They've got poor customer service representatives, I wouldn't recommend it.
I went to MTN to do a sim swap for my son as the number is registered in my name after failing on the self service, when i got there for the First time they told me that they only service sim swap between 9-11am, so i was late, went back a few days later the very same consultant told me that i had to come with the child as there are questions they have to ask him, i asked them why didn't they tell me that when i was there the First time, the times they service sim swap the child is as school, why are they acting as though the shop belongs to them, they choose when to service customers and not, and yet the times they're choosing are times affected by load shedding, they didn't care and i left. Im not happy with their service at Jabulani mall.
