I received a email to forward my bank account and confirmation from temu. I did it. Their number on their email is non existing. No other way to communicate. They have my linen package from temu and im out of options. Guess they are theives. Temu must be more careful who they use .
I have ordered as soon as their online shop opened this week. They have a awesome product. I simply can not function normally without it. The transaction went through and I got the confirmation and since then I haven't heard anything from them. They only have a email address on their website and they don't answer me. I don't know what to do. There is no physical adress or telephone number. This is the first time that this has happen to me with ordering at Tau. I so need the product urgently.
I bought a new 5burner / elec oven defy stove from Makro. My qualified electrician husband installed the electric cable. When we switch on the oven it warmed up but the fan was hitting against the body of the stove. Clearly during the manufacturing the fan was not properly fitted. Now they don't want to assist us because my husband according to them are not qualified to install an electric cable. His qualifications has nothing to do with their manufacturing mistake.
I have an undertaking and have submitted claims now almost one year daily to the JHB undertaking department. They just ignoring me. Haven't receive one cent of refund. Their service is beyond poor.
