Yesterday I ordered a Wild Mex Bowl through Uber eats. The cost of the meal was ZAR138. I am literally based a few hundred meters from the shop, but I have been charged: ZAR6.90 for service fee ZAR3.00 for delivery fee and ZAR50 for small order fee! In total I spent ZAR197. 90 for a simple bowl. When I called to ask for an explanation I could not receive any answer. I felt overcharged and I don't recommend anyone to order from Wildsprout.
The Claremont branch in Imam Harun road is the most despicable and inefficient branch in the all of South Africa. Late delivery, cold pizza and lies when I phoned! AVOID DEBONAIRS CLAREMONT!
The worst customer experience ever. Because of their incompetence they keep suspending my internet connection without reason. The customer service is constantly unavailable. Don't subscribe with Webafrica!
The most frustrating experience possible. It took me over 3 weeks to move the Fibre to my new premises and after 5 days they suspended the service for their error. I phoned several times, nobody could help me! I got lost into a labyrinth of Whatsapp chats and nobody could help me. Now I'm disconnected because of their fault in billing and nobody apologized or explained!
