Now waiting over 6 months for Dries to come and fix their error!! All you ever get is broken promises and blatant lies over and over again!!! Please be warned!!! Turn away and look for a reputable company that offers good client service and doesn't blatantly break promises and continuously lies for months!!! I'm STILL sitting with couches with feet off the ground!!! Really unprofessional to treat your client like this. Gave Dries his last chance over 2 weeks ago and obviously has no intention of coming to fix his error!! Hopefully it gets sorted legally now.
Two words guys....STAY AWAY! Received my corner lounge suite back with the couch feet off the ground and totally off-line!! Dries asked for full payment before delivery and when I queried that he said don't worry you have 6 months to complain and he will come correct. They put the Hooks completely out of line hence the feet off the ground. Have asked him numerous times to come fix his error and all you get is broken promises and more lies. Sunday 12.11 23 his six months were up. Messaged me & promised he would be here yesterday 17.11.23 bur yet again blatant lie!!! I still have couches with feet above the ground!! Now taking him to small claims court. Be warned⚠️
