I would not recommend you buy from Clickonshop which is an online shop. I tried purchasing from them and after not hearing anything from them requested the item be cancelled and my money returned to me. A month later I am still waiting for my money to be refunded. None of the contacts on the contact page are actual people of the shop. The contact number listed on the site does not work.
We flew out last Friday from Cape Town International to OR Tambo. When we arrived we were told to pay for our luggage which we were unaware of when we made the booking. We took 45 minutes in the queue to sort the payment out and eventually made our stressed way to the flight. When we arrived at OR Tambo and retrieved our one and only brand new suitcase, we found that the whole wheel under carriage had broken off as well as one of the standing pegs. We were incredibly upset about this and not sure what to do about it we left it to deal with on our return to Cape Town. On speaking with FlySafair on our return we were advised that we should have reported this within 24 hours or should have taken out insurance and there is nothing for them to do, I am highly upset over this incident as we had no idea what the protocols are not being regular flyers and the lack of empathy from FlySafair. I would not recommend them to anyone.
I emailed the company inquiring whether they needed transcribers. They contacted me and asked me to send a sample of my work, which I did and was accepted. Then more work was sent and I completed it but would not continue with the work unless a deposit was made. Then when the deposit was received I carried on with the other half of the work, I sent it in on time and almost two months later I am STILL waiting for the other half of my payment that is due to me. They make a lot of promises regarding payment; and then you wait for months for the balance to be settled.
On 7 Jan I reported a water leak on behalf of my aged mom. As her property has a gate (unlocked) which baffles the water meter reader regarding access, we asked if they could move the reader to outside of the property. My mom and i had previously requested this on 6 separate occasions to no avail. Since no one attended to the leak i took my mom through to City of Cape Town municipality where the consultant relogged the request however suggested we get a plumber to fix the problem and send the paid bill to City of Cape Town for a refund. We phoned again on 14 Jan to say no one has attended to the leak or the moving of the meter. It is now 22 Jan and no one has attended to the leak or the moving of the meter. It is shocking service delivery
I phoned 10210. After holding for 30 minutes a lady comes on the line. I give her my query: i am moving and taking over my mom's number and would like to find out how far along the application is as this is a month old. She says she cannot see anything on the system. I inform her I faxed all the paperwork through from the Telkom in-store shop a month ago. She gives me the same answer. There's nothing on the system. I ask her so what must i do about this. She doesn't know. I ask if there is someone else I can speak to that is actually able to help me. She puts the phone down on me. The absolute crap service from one of the biggest suppliers is beyond me. I tried logging into the Telkom website and I cannot log in either.
I entered a competition listed on a bottle of First Watch Whiskey. Two weeks ago I was phoned up and told I'd won a R1,000 Spar voucher which could be used at Tops, Spar, Kwikspar etc. The lady took down all my details and said I would receive this voucher within 3 to 5 days. Nothing has been forthcoming and no where can you find contact details for First Watch to ask what is happening and when will this voucher ever be arriving.<br>
