Beautiful views, aesthetically appealing but the service??? The Service??? Appalling to say the least!! We had a staff party and got only ONE waiter to assist the large group we had which made no sense. The waiting time was so long for drinks and food and when the food got there, it was cold, dry and bland. I’m convinced that food was from the day before. The dessert then topped it, the waffle and the brownie were super dry, maybe from the day before too!! That place looks stunning but what’s the use of having nice pictures and running stomachs from food that comes from Lord knows which day???
This company is useless, would not recommend them at all. I got someone to do Uber with my car and I use the tracker to see where it is. The tracker does not work, you can see the car on it but it doesn’t update the location or show you when the car moves. They keep saying they reboot the tracker and application but there are no results that show that they have . My car has been on the M2 freeway for the past 5 hours and the Cartracker has not called me to ask why the car is in one place and when I called them to ask what’s happening, Andre from the recovery unite said they can’t help me because my car has to have been hijacked or stolen for them to track it and dropped the call while we were speaking . What about preventing that from happening??? I called again the next day and spoke to someone else who told me that I need to speak to the same rude and unprofessional Andre stating that he won’t go back and forth with me because he’s not going to help me regardless of his colleague being rude. Cartracker consultants are unprofessional and not helpful at all, I’ve paid for months without needing their help and when I finally do need they don’t show up
