Poor service!
I got bumped by one of the News 24 employees on the 28th of May 2025. I did a 3rd party claim , my claim was handed over to PVW attorneys , the service I'm getting from them is poor , I'm still waiting for payment even now . It almost feels like I'm dealing with a fly by night company .

DOTSURE NO GO INSURANCE
I am convinced that every positive review I'm reading from here is fabricated . This is the worst insurance ever ! I wish I could rate it a -5 star. I was involved in a car accident with 3rd party involved , believe me when I say DOTSURE is not for their customers DOTSURE never stood by me when the accident happened . They rejected my claim then later accepted the claim with conditions . They were not even offering to pay half of my damages . As we speak my case is escalated to NFO and they are still doing everything in their power not to repair my car . If I could I would pin this review on top for awareness I would . No one deserves the kind of treatment I'm receiving from DOTSURE . I am an active VIP client but I'm being treated like I'm asking them for a favor. I do not rate this insurance at all !!!!

Insane Water & Lights Bill
I-Switch is the definition of "HELL ON EARTH" because how can one pay close to R34 000 for water and electricity in a two bedroom flat ? If there is anything I can advise anyone is not to go with i-Switch. The consultants will send you emails of meter reading and explanations that doesn't make sense . But fact remains that you will spend and spend till your pockets fall off!!! I have never been so frustrated in my life !!!

Unpleasant Staying (Golden Oaks Boksburg)
I stay at Golden Oaks complex in Boksburg and it has been the worst experience ever! Firstly the complex looks safe and secure but guess what ? cars are being stolen while we have security and cctv cameras. We have "caretakes" and all they do when you lay a complaint is ignore you or not take accountability. Golden Oaks is the worst place to stay in and I don't advise anyone to stay there!!. They hired new service provides for the electricity without anyone's concern and the electricity bill is insane goes up to R34 000 for electricity for a 2 bedroom flat , and what does Indlu do about it? NOTHING ! .
