My dogter was 2de in 'n kompetisie wat Kuier tydskrif geadverteer het,in samewerking met Spar,volgens hulle.Ek het 'n epos ontvang met 'n voucher van 12 nrs,wat ek moes inruil by enige Spar in my dorp.Ek kon nie die koop bewys gebruik nie,want ons Spar's&ons het 3 in George,het nie die koopbewys aanvaar nie.Ek het probeer om die landlyn te bel wat aangehag is op die epos,geen antwoord,ek het probeer om die joernalis van Kuier te ****ak,geen antwoord,laastens het ek my gewens na die Kuier blad op facebook,geen antwoorde.Wat staan my nou te doen????Die kompetisie was selfs aangekondig in die Kuier tydskrif van 12 Maart,asook hul facebook blad.Ek is baie ontevrede en ek verwag dat my koopbewys as 'n geld transaksie gestuur moet word,of Eft of instant voucher,want dit is vernederend om by elke winkel te probeer verduidelik van diè kompetisie,maar nog steeds nie geholpe is nie

I have taken out a gift subscription for 2 magazines, one weekly and the second every second week to be delivered to my parents home. Debit order has gone off 22 Jan 2026, but to date we’ve received no delivery and only promises that the problem will be escalated. Then no further communication unless I contact them via either email or whatsapp.

12 months ago I took out a promotional subscription to the News24 publication. The T&Cs state that after the 12 months is up the subscription will automatically renew at the standard rate. All other subscription services have similar T&Cs, however other companies ALWAYS provide a notification advising the renewal is coming up and what the new rate will be. This gives a subscriber time to decide if they wish to continue at the new rate. Media 24 do not do this they simply automatically renew at the new rate (about 5 times higher!) without any notification. This means that a subscriber has NO option but to pay the new subscription rate for at least one month - and then only if they actually notice the new rate on their bank statements. Very underhand, dishonest and *********. When queried with Media 24 the simple call center response was "sorry, but its the T&Cs". So I and others will certainly get our news elsewhere.

I have subscribed to New 24 for R25 @ monthly only to be charged R109 - please beware they are ******* and false adverti*****t I have informed my banks to warn clients via there ***** watch

I got bumped by one of the News 24 employees on the 28th of May 2025. I did a 3rd party claim , my claim was handed over to PVW attorneys , the service I'm getting from them is poor , I'm still waiting for payment even now . It almost feels like I'm dealing with a fly by night company .

You pay your Media 24 account every month via a debit order. Suddenly you are double charged ie two debit orders. You are told you are late as the account is paid monthly upfront. Apparently a system issue. How is this possible after 9 years and I may recall a similar concern some time back. It feels like a 13th cheque is created. Anybody out there with the same concern.

Ek sou n 0 rating gegee het as daar so opsie was. Ek sukkel al sedert Maart 2025 om tydskrifte te ontvang waarvoor ek reeds betaal het - elke keer is daar n nuwe verskoning. Dit vat hulle n week+ om op my eposse te antwoord en dan is dit net nog n verskoning - ek het al 3 keer gevra hulle moet maar my geld terug betaal dat ek maar self die uitgawes by die winkels kan gaan koop, waarna hulle maar net weer onverskoning vra vir die ongerief en nog n verskoning oor hoekom ek nie die uitgawes het nie. Ek kry nerens ****akbesonderhede oor waar ek my klagtes kan deurgee nie. Ek soek net dit waarvoor ek betaal het, of my geld terug.
