12 months ago I took out a promotional subscription to the News24 publication. The T&Cs state that after the 12 months is up the subscription will automatically renew at the standard rate. All other subscription services have similar T&Cs, however other companies ALWAYS provide a notification advising the renewal is coming up and what the new rate will be. This gives a subscriber time to decide if they wish to continue at the new rate. Media 24 do not do this they simply automatically renew at the new rate (about 5 times higher!) without any notification. This means that a subscriber has NO option but to pay the new subscription rate for at least one month - and then only if they actually notice the new rate on their bank statements. Very underhand, dishonest and *********. When queried with Media 24 the simple call center response was "sorry, but its the T&Cs". So I and others will certainly get our news elsewhere.
Ordered and paid for a Robot on 2nd Dec. Its now the 10th but still no delivery. Email confirmation stated that they would inform me when item is shipped. No communication whatsoever. Really poor customer service. See that they only have two ratings and both are BAD. So this is the 3rd.
Having placed an order I realised that I had misread the specifications. I emailed an order cancelation and refund request a few hours after the order was placed. The order was cancelled without any quibble and a full refund was received a few days later. Great to receive such prompt and excellent service.
Donr rely on delivery promises. Placed a big order with promised delivery for 30th April. After not hearing anything phoned the store (lonehill/paulshof) only to be told thar the ONLY forklift was broken and they can't loaf or deliver. Ridiculous excuse. ONE FORKLIFT??? They now don't know when it will be fixed. Totally unacceptable service.
Client services simply do NOT respond. I completed documentation to add funds to a Living Annuity, and mailed documentation to client services and manualapps@10x.co.za NO RESPONSE. Two days later I email client services to ask for confirmation that documentation has been received. NO RESPONSE. Completed their online form - NO RESPONSE. Call their 021 number, GET CUT OFF. Called again and get told that call center can't actually do anything, but that they will get someone to contact me. STILL WAITING. I will be withdrawing all my funds.
Ordered part on 11th August for collection at Strydom Park. Requested update on 13th - was then asked what branch did I select (surely their system should know???). I rep**** about 2 mins later with "Strydom Park". On 14th I enquired again ... response was to ask "team" (???) to keep customer informed and also to cc customer care. Its now afternoon of 15th... yet another mail to customer care asking what is going on. Overall really unprofessional and a pathetic click and collect service.
Online script ordering is a joke. Website says they will remind of when repeats are due, that it will take 2 hours to be completed and that they will let you know when meds are ready. NONE OF THE ABOVE WORKS. I ordered my repeat without any notification on 19th at 14:00. Today (21st) still have heard NOTHING. TWO DAYs and still waiting. Dainfern Square branch
Supersonic have NO IDEA about customer service. Whatsapp line is absolutely useless, call centre take AGES to answer, emails get and automated response and then nothing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
I pay by debit order. Noticed last month it was up by R50. Queried this increase. 10 days later get a response. TRSS added the R50 for a fire service. Apparently they sent out a notice in November about this service. I did NOT respond. Because I did not not respond TRSS ASSUMED that I want the service and start to bill me, WITHOUT MY CONSENT. In my opinion this is simply *****ulent.
Ordered product and it does not work. Trying to get it replaced is a nightmare. Automated WhatsApp is pathetic and no response. So Beware if things are not right you have problems
