<p>I took my Toyota Etios to Fury Toyota Darrenwood for a service last Saturday and what a wonderful experience! I arrived, my vehicle was checked in for service and was told it would take about 2 hours. I got the choice to wait or be taken back home, I opted to go home and a driver took me. About one and a halfhours later I got a telephone call to say my car was ready and they were sending the driver. My car had been serviced, washed and vacuumed. Excellent service to Logan Komoran and the team, I really had a wonderful experience, keep up the good work, I will be back and YES I will recommend you to friends.</p>
Good day to you. I would just like to report a matter of super excellent caring service by Lancet Laboratories. At the end of March this year I was very ill and had to have blood tests done every second day. Being so ill, I never thought to contact my medical aid to find out whether they would pay for all these tests. My allowance ran out at the medical aid (I wish I could name them!!) and they refused to pay anything more. I pleaded with them as I do not use a quarter of my benefits every year but still they refused. I have in the meantime taken this matter up with the Ombudsman and am still waiting to hear from them. This account outstanding to Lancet was around R5,000 and I really could not pay it, they allowed me to pay off this account in bits and pieces and today I can say - HOORAY this is paid off. When the Ombudsman rules in my favour I will get the money back from my medical aid but in the meantime Lancet is paid.<br> <br> I just want to stress how wonderful the Call Centre people were when they phoned me, especially Nazreen Essop, and would like to say a VERY BIG THANK YOU to Lancet, for your patience and kindness towards me when I really needed it.<br> <br> Thanks once again.<br> <br> Ria Adam
I downgraded my viewing from Premium to Compact as being over 65 I really cannot afford to pay R699 per month to watch 10 channels. My Premium option was duly stopped IMMEDIATELY and switched to Compact but the debit order deducted was still for R699 - NOW YOU MUST PLEASE GO AND TRY TO GET A REFUND - I HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING FROM 13 OCTOBER AND WAS TOLD TODAY THAT IT WOULD TAKE BETWEEN 14 AND 21 DAYS TO RECEIVE A REFUND - SHOULD I BE LATE IN PAYMENT HOWEVER, SERVICE WILL BE SUSPENDED IMMEDIATELY!! Why do we have to put up with this? I have asked Multichoice on numerous occassions via email - please give me an option to select 10 channels of my choice and pay you R320 per month, at least I do not have to watch all the re-runs that Multichoice show daily. I have not had a reply or a response to this request. I have also asked them whether they do not have any special deal for over 65 year olds!!!! NO RESPONSE to that either. PLEASE IS THERE NOBODY OUT THERE THAT CAN START UP A TV STATION THAT CAN OFFER VIEWERS WHAT THEY WANT TO WATCH? Please help, there is never a manager available to talk to and the poor call centre ladies try their best, the supervisors just shout you down?
