Having gone onto HELLO PETER.COM in the last week I see that I've spent R22 400 on a repair bill with you, and R7 700 to fix 2 windows and my front vetilaion, where I was informed by Mike your service manager that the cable was a problem, and the outside air couldn't be sealed out of my Toyota Etois , and I must now take a total loss and the ventilation cable doesn't work and the car cannot be sealed and the question arises what did I pay for.? seeing as cant be bothered to answer what is the view of Toyota SA. Do you think you have a monopoly of the local market , There is RUDE AWAKINING AWAITING YOU . 2 HELLO PETER REPORTS AND YOU DON"T EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR CLIENTS, and in case you don't know this is consumers world,. I'll be taking this matter further.

They did not advise that my warranty had expired. Did not provide a quote for my service but whacked me with a bill on collection of my vehicle. Their emails only work to their convenience. Furthermore, a sun visor was taken out of my vehicle. Am i suppose to take my car accessories to my office? No consideration, empathy or attempt to provide great customer experience. Appalling!

I took my Toyota Etios to Fury Toyota Darrenwood for a service last Saturday and what a wonderful experience! I arrived, my vehicle was checked in for service and was told it would take about 2 hours. I got the choice to wait or be taken back home, I opted to go home and a driver took me. About one and a halfhours later I got a telephone call to say my car was ready and they were sending the driver. My car had been serviced, washed and vacuumed. Excellent service to Logan Komoran and the team, I really had a wonderful experience, keep up the good work, I will be back and YES I will recommend you to friends.

Extremely rude and absolutely intolerable customer service. Called to confirm a used vehicle advertised on AutoTrader. Spoke to Gerard, who confirmed details twice. I organized for a test drive. When ariving at the dealer, he changed prices, Only when shown the ad on AutoTrader, did he acknowledge the correct price, and denied having knowledge of the price. This is despite him confirming the price with me telephonically. When I called him after viewing the vehicle he was rude and dismissive, changing his story. He then proceeded to cut the call while I was talking. I complained to the manager Lourens Van Vuuren. Again, such disappointment. He never returned calls or SMS. Two days of back and forth with the manager, who didn't seem to make time. So glad I didn't purchase a vehicle from them.

On the 27th of July we took our car in for a service. When we got it back, the housekeys were missing off the keyring.

The following day the 'key person' was not in. The last we've heard from them was on Monday the 1st of August when call centre contacted us.

Do you have any idea how vulnerable we feel not knowing where the keys are?

I need IMMEDIATE FEEDBACK on this.

I purchased a Honda Civic from Fury Toyota.

7,000kms after purchase I start to get a knocking sound from the front wheels and extreme shudder on acceleration. I went to have my tires balanced but the problem persisted.

I then had the car inspected to discover that the inner CVs are COMPLETELY worn and can be shaken around by hand they are so damaged.

I managed to find a pirate part installation @ R3,000 as the original parts at Honda cost R15,000. The car is not even worth R100,000.

Fury Toyota have rejected any liability even though I havent even owned the car 6 months. All I was asking is for some contribution to helping resolve the problem but I was given the excuse that its a \general wear and tear item\".

Sorry to say but ive been driving various cars (even cars with 180wkw) and NONE gave inner CV issues. This is NOT a general wear and tear item."

Dropped off my car for a FREE 26-point Toyota Safety Check as per the sms offer sent on the 20th November. I specified that when I made the booking on the 23rd November and they did a 195,000km service (car was serviced at the same garage end July for 180,000km and the reading is 186,000 odd km). I was told to pay for the service otherwise they will not release my car. How does a car get serviced for a 195,000 km at 186,000? Why didn't they stamp my service book if what they did was right? They held me at ransom for their mistake. They are dishonest and not willing to listen to anyone.

In November 2013 I took my Toyota Camry for a service. When I came to collect the vehicle the indicators where not working. The service consultant Audery Bezuide acknowledged this as their fault, as there was no problem with the vehicles indicators when I had brought the vehicle in. She called a technician who then said he would sort out the problem. Thereafter I called Fury Toyota several times to find out on the progress of my vehicle but no one had any feedback to give me. In February 2014 after several calls I was informed while the technicians were busy they mistakenly burned out the harness of my vehicle and they were in the process of ordering a new harness from abroad. At this point I was becoming aggravated so I set up a meeting with the owner and the manager who put me at ease. In September 2015, I had still not received any word on my car so I went to enquire at Fury Toyota only to find out that now it does not even switch on. The company is not getting back to me and it seems as though they are ignoring my attempts to find out what is happening with my car. I am very disappointed at their incompetence and lack of good service.
