I placed an order on the 19th of Dec, and my order was delivered to my home on the 21st. Agents were available via email, and kept me in the loop about the delivery status of the order. I'll definitely recommend them to anyone looking for new tech.
The call-centre refunded my vouchers from a company that had closed down, plus found a previously expired voucher, and credited me in full. Ridwa, the agent, was phenomenal, friendly, and courteous. Excellent service!

On the 27th of July we took our car in for a service. When we got it back, the housekeys were missing off the keyring.

The following day the 'key person' was not in. The last we've heard from them was on Monday the 1st of August when call centre contacted us.

Do you have any idea how vulnerable we feel not knowing where the keys are?

I need IMMEDIATE FEEDBACK on this.

Earlier this month (October 2015) I made use of the Sandton tuks tuks every day for a week. Every day I was charged a different fee, the highest being R55. I took one again today (20 October 2015) and the screen was on stating that for a trip under 3kms the fare is R25. I googled the drive and it's 2.7kms, so I paid the driver R25 even though he had stated that I should pay R45.

Why are drivers not sticking to the allotted fees? I have been cheated on my trips earlier this month and would like a response to this.
Money Junction sent me a pre-selected loan application for X amount. I was horrified to receive this in my inbox, especially since I had not applied for a loan anywhere. This is a gross invasion of privacy and they went WAY over the line sending me this.
I've tried calling Vodacom for the past hour to blacklist a stolen phone and my call has been dropped four times, each time after entering the stolen number and listening to damn African Dream.
