I was never so disgusted by the actions of the TukTuk drivers and their helpers. How on earth is okay to assault a customer take his cell phone and leave him bleeding. Why Why.... You offer a service and when the service is used to support your businesspeople are at risk of assault and theft... Really, I don't see any repercussions', rectification of actions or apologies for what these people are going through. I will spread the word that TUK TUK's are EXTREMELY UNSAFE TO USE.

<p>I made a use of a tuk tuk on the 10.12.2016 in Sandton. I must say the experience was horrific and did not end well at all. The driver of the tuk tuk skipped the robot at a high speed on a curvy route causing the tuk tuk to capsize. The worst part is the driver fled the scene instantly . Even after then I had to make my own investigation regarding the owners. No one wants to take responsibility and accountability. Instead I get justifications and reasoning, and the owner just capitalises on the situation. </p>

Earlier this month (October 2015) I made use of the Sandton tuks tuks every day for a week. Every day I was charged a different fee, the highest being R55. I took one again today (20 October 2015) and the screen was on stating that for a trip under 3kms the fare is R25. I googled the drive and it's 2.7kms, so I paid the driver R25 even though he had stated that I should pay R45. <br> <br> Why are drivers not sticking to the allotted fees? I have been cheated on my trips earlier this month and would like a response to this.

I was a passenger in a tuktuk coming from Rosebank when we were involved in an accident. I was injured and went to see a doctor. As a passenger, I was not at fault and contacted Bruce so I could claim my expenses back relating to the accident. I emailed him with my details as per his request, but he did not reply. I followed this up with further emails to get a status update but still no response. To date I have heard nothing back.
