Harrassment from Cartrack
I no longer know what to do with Cartrack anymore, they are now harassing me at my work place on work resources. I have no contractual obligation with this company! I have no choice but to take this to the media and ombudsman.

Unauthorised deduction
I am so defeated. Can any one assist? Car Track has been *******ly deducting money from my account for the past two months. They failed to recover my stollen car which was stollen in 2022. I have not signed any contract for my current car which they are deducting money for the past two months. I have called them last month to stop de*****ing me however they are still continuing to deduct my account without authorisation.

Cartrack has contacted me without authorisation. I do not have any agreement with car track to track my car. They attempted to debit my car end of September which I disputed as I don’t have any contractual obligations with Cartrack! It would seem the Mazda dealership in Witbank had a prepaid agreement with Cartrack which has since lapsed. I did not renew that contract as I have no interest. I have very negative perspective with your company as they failed in 2022 to provide any communication regarding my ****** car which was a Polo Vivo. When I called on Friday they couldn’t even provide with the Registration of my new car they still have the temporary registration that was given by the dealership which I asked them to cancel as I did not renew or agree to any contract . I am being placed on the credit bureau.

Dissatisfied with 60/60 service, some drivers are very rude in Secunda area. Contact centre service just as useless upon escalation as the lady is very arrogant . Use them with reservation of frustration

TUK TUK ACCIDENT
<p>I made a use of a tuk tuk on the 10.12.2016 in Sandton. I must say the experience was horrific and did not end well at all. The driver of the tuk tuk skipped the robot at a high speed on a curvy route causing the tuk tuk to capsize. The worst part is the driver fled the scene instantly . Even after then I had to make my own investigation regarding the owners. No one wants to take responsibility and accountability. Instead I get justifications and reasoning, and the owner just capitalises on the situation. </p>
