I am starting to experience serious concerns with Netstar. The last time I received a call from them was around mid last year, when I reported that my car had been ******. That was the only time they contacted me. Recently, someone stole my car battery, and I did not receive any alert or call from Netstar when the battery was removed. Yesterday, I was chased by a Polo and pressed the panic button, but again, I did not receive any response or call from them. I only managed to get to safety by hiding at the mine. It is very concerning that there is no response in emergency situations, yet the monthly payments are still being deducted. I would like an explanation for this lack of service and immediate action to resolve the issue.
Today at 15:23, in Bapong, at the P****long bus stop, the bus stopped and some passengers were getting off. Inside the bus, there were school learners from Rakgatlha Secondary School, wearing their school uniforms, as well as other passengers who are not working at the mine. When I attempted to enter the bus, the bus driver refused to allow me to board and closed the door while I was asking him why he did not want me to enter the bus. He did not give me any reason for refusing me entry. This was confusing because there were other passengers on the bus who live in the same area as me. The bus registration number is JSY 219 NW. I studied BEI and graduated last year. On graduation day, I was given an envelope with my student number written on the outside. I misplaced the envelope without opening it. I later emailed the school to ask whether my certificate was inside the envelope, but I did not receive a response. Recently, I received a phone call from someone claiming that I had lost my certificate and that she had found it. She called me using all my names as they appear on my ID, which made me believe her. She said that I must pay R300 and she would send my certificate to me via Paxi. I then asked my friend about her certificate, and she told me that she did not receive hers because she has outstanding fees. When I questioned the caller about this, she said she does not know me personally. This made me confused about how she knows my full names exactly as they appear on my ID. I asked her to send me a picture of the certificate, but she said she does not have WhatsApp. Because of this, I sent another email to the school requesting confirmation and asking them to show me a picture of my certificate, as I am unsure what to believe or whether the person who contacted me is telling the truth.
I would like to be assisted, I graduated on the 5th of July at Rosebank college Braamfontein, I had an outstanding fee ,both my parents are no longer working, I’m trying to look for a job, and things were promising on the other school,they want me to submit my certificate ,I couldn’t because I didn’t get it , since I have an outstanding balance, I wanted to get even a picture of my certificate and submit it,so that I can get a job and try to pay my outstanding balance until I settle it .I would like to be assisted because even on student portal I can’t log in and see my certificate, I’m blocked
What Betway did to me is not fair , instead of sending me both 10 digits and pin ,they only sent 10 digits ,how will I withdraw my money if I didn’t receive any pin ,I used Standard Bank withdrawal.
Since I wrote a review here , they tried to help me about the situation I’m facing right now, which is outstanding modules, I was told that I have outstanding modules few days back, and early this year I was told that I don’t have any supp all I need to do is to settle my fees , now settling my fees turned out to be outstanding modules, I’ve been waiting for Rosebank braamfontein management to call me and assist me with this situation even now, I don’t know if I’ll graduate or what because they are surprising me with bad news which I never expected
This thing is really stressing me I got a call on Friday and I was told to get another call from Campus even now there’s no call , like I explained that I’m in the darkness about my results, they are now telling me about outstanding modules that I don’t know ,even when I ask them on IIE assist under Results ,they no longer reply , I don’t know if I’ll graduate or not , the sad part on something that is not my fault, I was told that I passed all my modules now they are telling me about outstanding modules.
Hi , last year December I sent a ticket under results,asking them if there’s any module that I need to supp? Since I was out of the province,they told me I have only 1 module which is Setswana. I couldn’t see my results because of an outstanding fee. Fine I did Supp Setswana and submitted before the D date, I was told via email that I should keep on checking them if I passed that supp,fine I did check on them in January,and I was told that there’s no module that I need to supp I only need to settle my fees. Last week Tuesday I sent a ticket under Application for graduation,asking for completion letter,yesterday I got an email from them that “ I have outstanding modules “ I fail to understand which modules are they talking about because I was told that I don’t have any module to supp,now they are telling me about modules.I'm really disappointed honestly, I don’t know where I’m standing.
